Dr. Brian Mallette was born and raised in Canton, Ohio. After serving four years in the U.S. Air Force, he completed his undergraduate education at Walsh University in North Canton, Ohio. He then attended The Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio (where he met his wife, Claudia). Dr. Mallette completed a three-year residency in Youngstown, Ohio at Forum Health (formerly Western Reserve Care System) and Youngstown Osteopathic Hospital.
He has been practicing Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in Melbourne since 2001. He is Board Certified by The American Board of Podiatric Surgery. Dr. Mallette’s special areas of interest include Diabetic Wound Care and Limb Salvage, Ankle Arthroscopy, Flatfoot Reconstruction, Sports Medicine and Surgical Correction of Bunion and Hammertoe Deformities. |

Dr. Claudia Mallette was born in Newark, New Jersey and was raised in Orlando, Florida. She attended the University of Central Florida, graduating in 1991. While working with her father (an Orthotist and Prosthetist) she developed an interest in Podiatry.
Dr. Mallette pursued higher education at The Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio (where she met her wonderful husband). She began her residency in 1995, which included two years of surgical training, combined with instruction in Diabetic Wound Care, Infectious disease, Forefoot and Rearfoot reconstruction and Sports Medicine. Dr. Mallette began her practice in Orlando in 1997 before relocating to Melbourne in 2001. She has a special interest in treatment of Lower Extremity Varicose Veins. |
